Super Finder XT is a program for finding files, developed to replace the search engine originally found in Windows - slow and lacking appropriate options to filter the results. Its graphical user interface was inspired by the system for Windows NT (which, although old, is one of the simplest and most efficient among those present in Microsoft operating systems).

The application has several languages in your installation package, including Portuguese from Brazil (which greatly facilitates things for those who have no affinity with any foreign language). Moreover, the translation was not that good - but not enough to be a hindrance.

Anyone who has used the search engine of Windows knows how limited it is. Despite being offered some options to customize the search, in most cases it is restricted to images, documents and the like. Not to mention the slowness of the system: it is normal to leave the computer doing the search and go for a coffee ...

Here's the great thing about Super XT Finder: In addition to its search algorithm to display the results much more quickly, there are a multitude of filters to search exactly align what you want, not only was it a choice of files, folders and other information, you can set features such as name, location, date and time, size or content.

Ah, but that also does Windows.

Maybe, but not with so many features and intuitiveness. For example, you can interact with the found files (copy, paste, edit, delete) directly from the program. In advanced mode, then, was not mentioned: You can narrow your search based on date of creation, modification, or access the file in its size range and its attributes (if it is a "read only" if it is encrypted etc..).

An extra: the program comes with three themes (skins) incorporated; certainly one of them will match your desktop.
